Commit to this for 10 minutes daily, for 30 days, and watch your neuropathways grow, evolve and transform. As you write, stay focused and present on the words that come up for you. Be mindful of working through resistance, as the mind will create “mental chatter” when there’s something new, and unfamiliar. Working with your mind and showing up for yourself is an invaluable practice to discovering who you are and what you are capable of.
